This role is built for people starting their AI career. You will work alongside experienced engineers on client projects, take on well-defined pieces of work, and grow from building small features to leading your own. We care more about curiosity, projects you have built and how you learn than about job titles.

What you will do
- Build and test AI features and automations on client projects, with guidance from senior engineers.
- Prepare and clean data, write prompts and connect models to apps and APIs.
- Check the quality of results, fix problems and help keep systems running reliably.
- Write short documentation so the team and clients can use what you build.
What we are looking for
- Solid basics in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, shown through projects, coursework or an internship.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON and basic databases.
- Some hands-on experience with AI or machine learning, even a personal project.
- Curious, careful and happy to ask questions and take feedback. Good written English.

- A GitHub profile or portfolio with a few projects
- Experience with LangChain, n8n or Zapier

Your first 90 days
