Data Scientist (Junior)
Turn business data into answers: dashboards, forecasts and models that help clients make better decisions.
Many of our clients have years of sales, stock and customer data they never use. You will clean it, find what matters and turn it into dashboards and models that owners can act on, such as forecasting demand, spotting slow-moving stock or predicting which customers are likely to leave.

What you will do
- Clean, combine and analyse client data from ERP systems, shops, spreadsheets and databases.
- Build forecasts and simple machine learning models, and test how accurate they are.
- Create dashboards and reports that non-technical people can read and trust.
- Work with engineers to put models and reports into real products.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in plain language.
What we are looking for
- Python with pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn (or R), shown through projects or coursework.
- Good SQL and a solid grounding in statistics.
- Experience with a visualisation tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or Matplotlib.
- Able to explain results clearly to people who are not data experts.
Nice to have
- Kaggle results or portfolio projects
- Experience with ERP, sales or inventory data
- Basic model deployment (APIs, Docker)

Your first 90 days
- Month 1: learn our clients' data and build your first dashboard.
