Full Stack Engineer
Build fast, secure websites, online shops and business systems end to end for clients in Sri Lanka, the UK and Australia.
You will build the products our clients use every day: marketing sites that load fast and rank well, online stores that take payments, and business systems that replace spreadsheets. You will work across the whole stack, talk to clients about what they need and care about speed, security and accessibility as much as features.

What you will do
- Build and maintain websites and applications with Next.js, React, Node.js and WordPress.
- Design databases and APIs, and connect payments, bookings, email and third-party services.
- Write clean, tested and accessible code, and review your teammates' work.
- Tune performance and security so every site scores well on Lighthouse and passes our own scanner.
- Work with designers and clients to turn requirements into working software, and estimate the effort honestly.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years building web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js.
- Experience with Node.js, REST APIs and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Confident with Git, deployments and debugging in production.
- Cares about performance, security and accessibility.

- Experience integrating local Sri Lankan payment gateways
