The challenge
A company that owns several tea estates deals with a huge amount of daily detail: how many kilos each plucker brought in, which workers were present, what went to the factory, what was spent and what is overdue in the field. On paper and spreadsheets that picture arrives late and rarely matches between estates.
What we built
A fully digital system for managing all of the company's tea estates, production and employees in one place.
- Automated scale system. Tea is weighed on connected scales, and the weight flows straight into the records. There is no manual entry and no arguments about the numbers.
- Daily operations. Leaf collection, attendance, factory hand-over, expenses and stores.
- People. Employees, payroll, section reports and performance.
- Estate. Lands, blocks, weather and land health.
- Finance snapshot. Daily costs, monthly payroll and the day's margin.
- Alerts. Warnings for weather, overdue fertiliser and stock running low.
- Sinhala and English interface options for the people who use it.

Owners see the real position of every estate each day, and workers are paid and measured on numbers everyone can trust.
